I say goodbye in the morning light,

You kiss my cheek and hold me tight.

Your arms are warm, your smile is kind —

And still, it’s hard to leave you behind.

But I wave and go, just like we do,

With fun ahead and friends there too.

I laugh, I play, I learn each day,

But part of me waits for you, always.

Then the door opens — there you are.

Like sunshine wrapped inside a star.

No one else feels quite like you,

You make the end of the day feel new.

Thank you, Mummy, for all you give,

For teaching me what it means to live

With love that holds and never bends,

With care that comforts and always mends.

Thank you for hearing me, every part,

For knowing my voice and my little heart.

For loving me whole, just as I am —

No need to try, no need to plan.

You are my safe, my soft, my strong,

The arms I return to all day long.

On this Mother’s Day, I just want to say:

I love you more than words can play.

We had ana amazinging week preparing for Mothers' Day 2025 at Fun Box.

We painted, printed, finger dotted lots and lots of flowers for our mummies.

We also prepared some bautiful bouquets using real flowers.
